We would like to invite you to participate as a food vendor at our upcoming 2021 or 20th Annual Holiday Stroll. We anticipate a large attendance given the fact that we didn’t have a full Stroll last year. Our planned activities include the medallion hunt, Christmas movie window displays, band, parade, Polar Express Experience, ornament sales, 50/50 raffle, gingerbread house decorating contest, lights and Santa in Sheldon Theater, photo booth, fireworks and more.
When: Friday, November 26th, 4 PM – 9 PM
Where: Downtown Red Wing along Bush and Third Streets
Cost: $250 ($200 for non-profits and DTMS members)

Be in the Parade
It is time to start thinking about participating in the 2021 Holiday Stroll Parade on Friday, November 26th!
Lots of fun events are planned throughout the evening. The streets downtown will be closed at 4 pm allowing for spectators and “strollers” to visit and participate with our fine merchants, horse-drawn hayrides, food vendors, and a concert in the middle of the activities!
As in the past, we are requiring ALL parade units and members of units to be lighted. Lighting may consist of battery-operated lights, lanterns, or flashlights. We ask ALL members of your unit to be lighted. We also encourage music with your unit, but it is not mandatory. We encourage you to decorate your parade unit using a holiday theme. Santa arrives on a fire truck in the parade, so please no other Santa’s on your floats or in the parade.
The participation fee is $50 for each float in the parade. Floats will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
NOTE: Only the driver or business owner must sign the parade waiver. In addition, if your float requires a motor, you must include a copy of the insurance for the vehicle that will be in the parade.
Please confirm you will be participating in the 2021 Holiday Stroll Parade by emailing Angela Frechette at email@example.com, followed by mailing in your application, which is attached.
We will send a confirmation of acceptance and entry line up by email, one week before the parade, so please include an email address on the application form.
