Dear Organization and Business Leaders,

We would like to invite you to participate in this year’s Holiday Stroll by providing a family-friendly activity. This would be a wonderful opportunity to engage with the Red Wing Community. The Holiday Stroll has become a community tradition and what better way to improve the event than invite more community involvement.

The purpose of the Red Wing Downtown Main Street program is to improve the community’s quality of life by strengthening the downtown as the center of the community. The Holiday Stroll attracts over 20,000 attendees to the heart of downtown Red Wing.

We are accepting applications from community businesses and nonprofit organizations until August 31, 2019. Your application will be reviewed and juried by the Holiday Stroll Committee based on the following criteria and requirements.

The activity must be:
• Family friendly;
• Organized by 2 or more members of your organization;
• Clearly budgeted;
• Holiday-themed and engaging, interactive and/or entertaining (non-musical);
• Planned and executed by your organization; and
• Located downtown.

Possible activities include:
• Entertainment (other than musical)
• Outdoor
• Arts and Craft
• Tournament/Contest
• Sport

Cost: For profit $100, and nonprofit $50* (Due after acceptance. No application fee.)
*Fee can be waived in exchange for Holiday Stroll Volunteer Support
